Cape Charles Central Park will be filled with music, food, families and fun on Saturday, May 16 for the 4th Annual Crabby Blues Festival. Enjoy fresh, off-the-boat crabs, live music, silent auction, kids area, arts & crafts vendors, and food vendors. Tickets can be pre-purchased at Eventbrite Tickets will also be available at the "gate" for $15 adults, $5 children, kids under 3 are free.
We'll have steamed crabs for sale by the dozen. As boats come in for the day with their hauls, we'll be steaming crabs! Other seafood dishes and festival favorites will be available from Little Neck Café, Whillis Wharf BBQ, Otter Creek Catering, CC Rotary Crab Chowder, CCCS Steamed Crabs and Clams and SnowCones.
Our live musical line-up will feature Thanks to a very generous sponsorship from ESLAND and Cape Charles Yacht Center, we have booked a headlining band, "The Janitors." We also look forward to the always wonderful, musical entertainment provided by Heather and Nathan!
A new addition to this year's festival will be a dunk tank, thanks to the sponsorship of Bobby Barnes, a Cape Charles High School grad, and long-time supporter of CCCS. You never know who we might convince to be "dunked" for CCCS!
We are also happy to announce that Pfeiffer Riding Stables is back by popular demand with barrel train rides and their infamous petting zoo including a goat, donkey, sheep, and more.
Crabby Blues Festival is Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 3 pm to 8 pm
the event is held rain or shine.
